Barre Fly

Barre Fly classes are only found at our studio! A one-of-a-kind method combining barre technique with a traditional barre, aerial swings, free weights, fitness bands, and more! Barre Fly targets every muscle, working the core, challenging balance and leaving you feeling revitalized, renewed, and stronger every day! All levels welcome.  Full 60 minute class. Fly Girls

Fly Girls is just for tween & teen girls! Flip, turn, roll, climb & move in the swing like Cirque du Soleil in a class focused highly on core and upper body strength, all while having FUN!  Our classes will meet your daughter at her skill and experience level while providing her with a great workout, a sense of accomplishment, all in a safe, girls-only space.  Girls 11 and up are all welcome. Gentle Fly

Our Gentle Fly classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Gentle Fly classes use the aerial silks in emphasizing deep stretches that open and re-align the connective tissues of the body. Perfect for beginners or those who want to quiet the body and mind. Open Fly

In addition to your class times, you get extra hours to laugh with friends, strengthen your practice and body, and experience the thrills of aerial play.  Open Fly is for those seeking to independently work on skills, poses, flips, rolls, transitions, and finding that perfect Instagram-worthy shot!  Full 60 minute class.  

Power Fly

The perfect power lunchPower Fly classes are a unique, high energy [no impact] class that combine suspension and traditional barre in a fast-paced class. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, core, and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.  30 minute class.  

Yoga Fly

Yoga Fly includes suspended stretching, zero-compression inversions, and FUN! The movement is broken down incrementally, and structured just like your usual yoga flow with centering warm-up, posture focus, inversion, all ending in a silky cocoon in Savasana. The adjustable equipment can be modified to fit participants of various shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. All levels welcome.  Full 60 minute class. To find out more, click here.

Gentle Flow – Mat Yoga

Our Gentle Flow class is a mat only class [no aerial silks], and is appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported and relaxing practice. Gentle Flow classes emphasize gentle, deep stretches that open and re-align the connective tissues of the body. Perfect for beginners or those who want to quiet the body and mind. Appropriate for all levels and ages.  Full 60 minute class.

Vinyasa Flow – Mat Yoga

Vinyasa Flow is a mat only class [no aerial silks], stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using your breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga or “power yoga.“ Vinyasa Flow offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.  Full 60 minute class.  To find out more, click here.

Private Lessons & Parties

We offer private lessons and parties, too! Contact us for more information.

What to Wear:
Please wear clothing that covers the backs of the knees and torso for all classes. This will help avoid burns caused by friction with the silks or hoop.

Please bring your own mat. 
Although we encourage you to bring your own mat, if you forgot yours, no worries! We rent studio mats for $2 per class
