Dare to Air

Take Flight is an ADVANCED ADULTS TRICKS CLASS, focusing on learning aerial tricks that target stabilizer muscles throughout your entire body while building your upper body and core. Students will also build strength, increase flexibility, and learn to climb, flip, turn, roll, pose, and transition between positions using our 2-point aerial swings. Classes begin with a warm-up and conditioning and then quickly move into choreographed combinations.  Prior aerial yoga and tricks skills required. Full 60-minute class. Fly Fit

Fly Fit classes are only found at our studio! Our one-of-a-kind method uses the aerial swings and combines the best of Pilates, Barre and traditional fitness, using free weights, fitness bands, sliders and more! Fly Fit will target every muscle, work your core, challenge your balance, and leave you feeling revitalized, renewed, and stronger every day! All levels welcome.  Full 60-minute class. Fly Girls

Fly Girls is just for tween & teen girls! Flip, turn, roll, climb & move in the swing like Cirque du Soleil in a class focused highly on core and upper body strength, all while having FUN!  Our classes will meet your daughter at her skill and experience level while providing her with a great workout, a sense of accomplishment, all in a safe, girls-only space.  Girls 11 and up are all welcome. Gentle Fly

Our Gentle Fly classes are typically described as appropriate for those who want a softer, nurturing, slow-paced, well-supported, and relaxing practice. Gentle Fly classes use the aerial silks in emphasizing deep stretches that open and re-align the connective tissues of the body. Perfect for beginners or those who want to quiet the body and mind. Lyra Fly

Lyra Fly – Aerial arts has moved from circus acts into fitness routines using an aerial hoop (known as the Lyra), which is a circular steel or aluminum apparatus (resembling a hula hoop) suspended from the ceiling using specialized ropes or rigging straps, and a combination of carabiners and swivels!  Full 70-minute class.  To find out more, click here.

Open Fly

In addition to your class times, you get extra hours to laugh with friends, strengthen your practice and body, and experience the thrills of aerial play.  Open Fly is for those seeking to independently work on skills, poses, flips, rolls, transitions, and finding that perfect Instagram-worthy shot!  Full 60-minute class.  To find out more, click here.

Power Flow

Our Power Flowclasses include fast-transitioning mat yoga poses, focusing on building strength and stamina. This high-energy class combines yoga, athletic movements, and strength exercises, including a variety of dumbbells and resistance bands.  Power Flow is available to all students looking for a more advanced and powerful practice and workout.Full 60-minuteclassTo find out more, click here.

Split Silks

Aerial silks are a combination of dance, strength, and flexibility.   You can expect to strengthen every part of your body and increase your flexibility through active and passive stretches. Classes will safely teach various inversions, foot locks, combinations, and “resting poses.” Split silks are empowering and highly addictive!  Full 60-minute class. To find out more, click here.

Yoga Fly

Yoga Fly includes suspended stretching, zero-compression inversions, and FUN! The movement is broken down incrementally and structured just like your usual yoga flow with a centering warm-up, posture focus, inversion, all ending in a silky cocoon in Savasana.
