Aerial silks are the combination of dance, strength, and flexibility. You can expect to strengthen every part of your body and increase your flexibility through active and passive stretches. Classes will safely teach various inversions, foot locks, combinations, and “resting poses.” Split silks are empowering and highly addictive!

What to Bring: a yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind! If you forget your yoga mat, we sell new ones for $25.
What to Wear: Please wear tight-fitting clothes that cover the backs of knees and armpits. *No jewelry as this can snag the fabric. *Please do not put oil or lotion on before class since this can make you slip around on the fabric.
