CAMPS

The following camps are offered throughout the year on a limited basis.

Flight Camp – Fly Girls (5 day/3 day)

  • Fly Girls 5 days – Monday through Friday
  • Fly Girls 3 days – Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday

Flight Camp is JUST for kids! Your child will learn how to flip, turn, roll, climb & move in the swing like Cirque du Soleil in a camp focused highly on core and upper body strength, all while having FUN! Spots are limited! Save your child’s swing today!

  • Aerial silks have a unique way of targeting stabilizer muscles throughout the entire body while building upper body and core strength. Students will also build strength, increase flexibility, and learn to flip, turn, roll, pose, and transition between positions using our aerial silks and Lyra [aerial hoop]. Classes begin with a warm-up and conditioning and then quickly move into choreographed combinations.
  • The camp will end with the students performing a choreographed routine, and it will be recorded as a keepsake. Parents are welcome to attend.
  • Our camp will meet your child at her/his skill and experience level and provide a great workout, a sense of accomplishment, all in a safe, space.
  • Children 8-18 are all welcome. No prior experience needed.

Flight Camp – Fly Girls – Split Silks

Let your Fly Girl take her aerial practice to new heights!  Using our Split Silks, Fly Girls will learn various binds, wraps, rolls & drops skills, to create a choreographed dance to perform and record on the last day of camp. Book through www.flyflowfitness.com or on the MindBody app today!

Prerequisites:

  • Students must have previous aerial experience.
  • Must be able to climb & hold yourself in the air for at least 5 seconds.

Flight Camp – Adults

Camp isn’t just for kids! This made-for-adults Flight Camp incorporates the traditional kids’ flight camp experience into an adults-only performance. You will learn how to flip, turn, roll, climb & move in the swing like Cirque du Soleil in a camp focused highly on core and upper body strength, all while having FUN!  Sessions include personalized choreographed routines that will be recorded so you can share, or keep all to yourself. 

  • Camp begins with a warm-up and conditioning and then quickly moves into choreographed combinations.
  • The camp will end with the students performing a choreographed routine, and it will be recorded as a keepsake.
  • Our camp will meet you at your skill and experience level and provide a great workout, a sense of accomplishment, all in a safe space.
  • PRIOR aerial TRICKS class experience required.
