Yoga Fly is an ALL-LEVELS class, and exclusively uses a silk hammock, moving through a variety of yoga and strength and flexibility training poses and postures. Aerial yoga helps you to move more freely, with less effort, by counteracting gravity. The silks provide your joints and muscles with stability and support as you transition through poses, postures, inversions, and movement. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increases spinal and shoulder flexibility, strengthens core muscles and deepens your yoga practice. And unlike a floor-based yoga class, you will be able to fly, swing, and invert safely and easily. Simplify your inversions, deepen your hip openers, and bring space to your backbend.
