Since the first time Arielle took flight in an aerial yoga hammock in 2014, she knew that she wanted to share this magnificent and unique experience and practice of freedom, joy, and expansion of self with anyone and everyone! Aerial yoga was the first movement practice that truly allowed her to experience and understand full body awareness. It set her free in an abundance of ways which is why it delights her heart to share with others.
Ignited by her love of the swings, Arielle's journey exploring the connection of body, mind, and spirit has led her to over 1,000 hours of yoga trainings in varied lineages (E-RYT 200 in Vinyasa/Hatha and Kundalini Yoga; Aerial Yoga; R-Prenatal Yoga Teacher; Early Childhood Play-Based Education; Kids Yoga, Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning; Reiki Level I & II Practitioner; Yin Yoga). She has spent the past ten years learning, integrating and teaching the tools that have become invaluable to her own experience to all ages with an emphasis on keeping joy at the forefront of the experience :).
Arielle aims to keep her classes rooted in body awareness, lightheartedness, and play as a form of connection to self and the world around us. Her hope is that we all break through mental barriers of any pre-conceived limitations to recognize the limitless capacities of our bodies and spirits. Let’s spread our wings and fly. 🙂
Arielle is honored to have received ownership of Fly & Flow Fitness as of June 2025 from Stacy Brookman, a former student and dear friend from their previous aerial yoga home, Defy Gravity Yoga. She is so grateful and excited to continue to carry the torch of light for others to awaken and nourish the light within themselves.
