Gentle Restorative Fly is often considered easier, less intense, non-strenuous, minimalistic, quiet, meditative, or restorative.

Flexibility

Our Flexibility Fly class uses the 2-point aerial swing to perfectly combine a Hatha yoga flow with extended hold poses.

Fly Fit provides a total body workout, fusing traditional and suspension barre training into one incredible class.

Pilates Fly

Pilates Fly provides a total body workout, fusing traditional and suspension barre training into one class.

Fly HIIT

Fly HIIT is a perfect blend of aerial and interval training exercise.

Split Silks

Aerial silks are the combination of dance, strength, and flexibility.

Lyra

Lyra involves using an aerial hoop, then moving your body around the hoop to create beautiful and elegant positions.

Swing Tricks

Ready to take your aerial love to new heights? Join our swing aerial tricks class to build upper body and core strength and gain flexibility, all while learning beginner to intermediate aerial tricks.

Open Fly

While Open Fly will be supervised, Instructors do not teach skills at Open Fly. This is a time for students to practice the skills they know in order to improve their technique to progress faster in class.

Children's programs

Fly Girls

Our Fly Girls classes focus on learning aerial tricks that will impress her friends and exhaust her body. She’ll learn how to invert, climb, hang, and climb in our safe, just for beginners Fly Girls class. Tween & teen GIRLS only. 7+ years & up.

Mommy & Me

Aerial Yoga Adventure for Preschoolers (Ages 2-3).

What To Bring

Clothing

Please wear clothing that covers the backs of the knees and torso for all classes. This will help avoid burns caused by friction with the silks or hoop.

Mat

Please bring your own mat. Although we encourage you to bring your own mat, if you forgot yours, no worries! We rent studio mats for $2 per class.
