Fly & Flow Fitness is a community-minded, intimate studio offering classes for every skill level, beginners to experts. Classes are designed for those who want to develop strength, flexibility, and confidence, regardless of your age, using suspension training. Our silk hammocks safely attach to the ceiling as an effective way to practice yoga, barre and aerial tricks. today! Come elevate your fitness today!

We offer aerial yoga, mat yoga and barre classes in our studio. Our aerial yoga integrates classical yoga postures with the weightlessness of an inversion swing. This creative technique builds strength and flexibility without putting pressure on the joints. The result is fun, challenging, and therapeutic and makes you feel like you are flying. Some yoga experience is helpful, but not required. Sessions are all levels and open to everyone.

Private Lessons & Parties

We offer private lessons both in studio and at your location, aerial group privates and group parties, too! Our group parties have consisted of birthday parties, girl’s night out, team building and more!

What to Wear

Please wear clothing that covers the backs of the knees and torso for all classes. This will help avoid burns caused by friction with the silks or hoop.

Please bring your own mat.
Although we encourage you to bring your own mat, if you forgot yours, no worries! We rent studio mats for $2 per class.
