Elevating Wellness Through Presence, Connection, and the Art of Aerial Yoga with Arielle Moskow at Fly & Flow Fitness

For more than a decade, Arielle Moskow has dedicated her life to exploring, embodying, and teaching the transformative power of yoga, meditation, and mindful movement. As the owner and lead Aerial Yoga instructor of Fly & Flow Fitness in Boynton Beach, Florida, she draws from a rich background in aerial arts; vinyasa/hatha, kundalini, and prenatal yoga; somatic awareness; meditation and mindfulness; and the science of emotional regulation. Her teaching reflects a unique blend of technical skill, grounded leadership, and a philosophy rooted in presence, upliftment, and authentic connection. Within both her local community and the global wellness sphere, she serves as a steady advocate for embodied joy and the understanding that when we uplift ourselves and each other, we uplift the world.

Arielle’s journey began in 2014 when she unexpectedly wandered into her first aerial yoga class with Lisa Midlarsky at Defy Gravity Yoga in Delray Beach, FL. That moment became an unexpected initiation and an orientation toward embodiment that altered the course of her life. Although she had always possessed a natural sensitivity to reading and directing the energy of a room, understanding herself from the inside out was entirely new terrain. Before gliding into the silk hammock, she had no athletic background and little awareness of the body’s subtle language. Aerial yoga became her gateway, inspiring her to study anatomy, meditation, yogic philosophy, and the somatic pathways that weave body, mind, and spirit into wholeness. Since then, she has immersed herself in and taught aerial yoga, prenatal yoga, kundalini yoga, and mindfulness practices across Florida, California, and internationally at retreats and trainings. She has guided thousands of students—from toddlers to elders—encouraging curiosity, safety, courage, and self-trust in every class.

At Fly & Flow Fitness, Arielle integrates her diverse experience into an environment intentionally crafted for growth, expression, and community. Her leadership and teaching style blend precision and creativity, allowing the studio to feel both artistically vibrant and deeply grounded. Each class and training reflects the studio’s core values: safety, inclusivity, elevated care, and heart. Through thoughtful sequencing, somatic awareness, and accessible challenge, she creates spaces where physical expression naturally becomes a path to emotional clarity, inner resilience, and personal transformation.

Arielle’s expertise extends far beyond the hammock. She brings extensive experience in event management and organizational leadership, shaped by her years as co-founder of Mannabliss and Casa Mannabliss – her home studio in Delray Beach – and through her ongoing role with Golden Bridge Global Yoga as an international event and teacher-training coordinator. These roles reflect her ability to hold large visions with grounded execution and limitless heart, managing retreats, trainings, and global wellness gatherings with a calm, centered presence that allows others to feel supported, relaxed, and inspired.

Her foundations also include training in early childhood education, social-emotional development, Reiki, mindfulness instruction, and sustainability practices. Whether teaching all ages how to fly in an aerial hammock, guiding a prenatal circle, or leading children in embodied play, Arielle creates spaces where individuals reconnect with themselves and remember their innate strength and truly limitless nature.

At the heart of Arielle’s work is a simple, poetic truth: a more compassionate, peaceful, and joy filled tomorrow begins with how we choose to breathe, move, and show up today. Through Fly & Flow Fitness and her wider contributions to the wellness community, she continues to serve as a gentle yet powerful advocate for presence, connection, and the understanding that all beings are woven into the same living fabric: one that holds love at its center and is always supporting us when we dare to spread our wings and fly.
